Kybella® Body Contouring

Kybella® is an injectable treatment that uses a synthetic form of deoxycholic acid, a bile acid naturally produced by the body to break down fat. When carefully injected into targeted areas, it destroys the fat cell membranes. The body then naturally metabolizes and removes the treated fat cells through the lymphatic system, resulting in a more sculpted and defined contour.

While Kybella® is FDA-approved for use under the chin, experienced injectors at Elysium Chicago can safely apply its fat-dissolving properties to small areas of the body where localized fat is difficult to eliminate through exercise alone.
