Your first visit is a private 45-minute conversation with Dr. Singh. He listens to your goals, reviews what you’d like to address, and walks you through realistic options — services, timelines, and investment. You leave with a clear plan and no obligation to book.
Is there a cost for the consultation?
Consultations are complimentary. We invest the time because the right plan begins with understanding what you actually want.
Will I be seen by an actual physician?
Yes. Dr. Mick Singh, MD personally conducts every initial consultation and oversees every care plan. Not a sales rep. Not an aesthetician. A board-certified physician.
How do I prepare for my visit?
Come as you are. If you wear makeup, that’s fine — we can discuss your skin either way. Bring any questions, any photos of results you like, and your honest goals.
Where are you located, and is parking available?
520 W Erie Street, Suite 110, in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Valet parking is available at the building; we’ll send arrival details with your appointment confirmation.
What are your hours?
Monday 10–6 · Tuesday & Wednesday 9–6 · Thursday & Friday 9–7 · Saturday 10–3 · Closed Sunday.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes. We accept CareCredit and offer in-house payment plans for qualifying care programs. We’ll review options at your consultation if it’s helpful.
What should I expect after a visit?
Most services involve little to no follow-up time. Dr. Singh will share specific guidance after your visit — and his cell number for any questions in the first 48 hours.
